Miss North Dakota Teen USA
Jaycee Parker
Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2024
Jaycee Grace Parker is a 17-year-old from Minot Air Force Base. She is the daughter of an Air Force chaplain and an elementary school teacher, a big sister to Rhylee and Chandler, and a high school honor student and cheerleader. An accomplished actress and model, Jaycee has been a competitive dancer her entire life and hopes to one day continue dancing at the collegiate and professional level. Her future ambition is to join the Air Force as a nurse and travel to new places.
Jaycee’s community service focuses on combating human trafficking by highlighting the importance of being self-aware. She started creating safety symbol keychains for a project she calls "Charms for Freedom." It’s purposely meant to make you stop and think. These keychains and their charms serve as discreet tools for potential victims to signal distress and seek help. Drawing from her passion for travel, she's witnessed the vulnerability of individuals in public spaces. This inspired her to find a visible way to promote safety measures. She aims to spread awareness and distribute these keychains widely, empowering individuals to stay safe and vigilant.
With great love for her neighbors and patriotism for her country, Jaycee seeks to represent her local community of Minot Air Force Base and the state of North Dakota with honor and pride at this year’s Miss Teen USA Pageant.
