Codi Miller

Miss ND Teen USA® 2009

Hello Everyone! I’m Miss North Dakota Teen USA® 2009, Codi Miller.

My family and I call the nation’s smallest county seat, Amidon, our home. My mom, Stacey, is the treasurer of Slope County. She is my role model and life line. My dad, Gary, is a rancher, my biggest supporter, and source of strength. I have an older sister and brother, a younger sister, a brother in-law, and two nephews. I have a great family and I love them very much.

I’m a sophomore at Bowman Public High School. I’m an active member in track and field, chorus, FCCLA, high school rodeo, and 4-H. I have also participated in speech and basketball. I am the vice president for our chapter in FCCLA and the secretary for my 4-H club. I’m also a state qualifier in the 4x100 relay and part of the 2008 Class ‘B’ Girls Track Championship team.

I want to thank all of my sponsors: Western Frontier Insurance Agency, Dakota Farm Equipment, Southwest Abstract & Title, Shear Designs, Uttech’s Bootery, and Bowman Sales and Service; my family and friends; and Stacey with the rest of the crew at the Academie Agencie.

I am so excited for the journey ahead of me. I’ve worked really hard for my title and I’m ready to be a positive representative of North Dakota and also a role model for young people across the state of North Dakota. And I know the best is yet to come!
